Q:

1.

I'm ready to launch a new brand/product but I'm feeling overwhelmed, where do I start?

A:

It's totally normal to feel overwhelmed, there are so many moving parts to developing a new brand/product and so many conflicting pieces of advice that people will offer you. We can help you make sense of the chaos and create a launch strategy and roadmap and then work through the product development process with as little or as much involvement from you and your team as you prefer. Remember to breath and take deep breaths along the way, there is always a solution to every problem :)

Q:

I started a new project and I’m constantly running into roadblocks and delays that push out my launch date. How do I avoid these delays and get my project back on track?

A:

The beauty/product manufacturing industry is layered and complex, we’ve learned  from our years of experience dealing with our own setbacks and have the valuable insight to know the red flags to watch out for and what questions to ask up front to avoid mishaps from even happening. Of course, things like shipping delays are difficult to predict, but we can help you plan development timelines, mitigate common roadblocks and avoid major delays so you can launch your product on time.

A:

Sifting through the world wide web of formula labs, packaging suppliers, contract fillers and manufacturers can leave your head spinning. How do you know who to trust these days? Is buying from China always going to get you the best price? But what about the quality? We can help you find the perfect vendor partners for your project - we have a large network of trusted vendors/suppliers that we have worked with in the past and can vouch for. We have contacts all over the world who specialize in all categories of consumer/beauty products.

Q:

I’m growing my team and need guidance on the integral roles/departments that will work cross functionally with product development. How do I create a winning team that operates like a well oiled machine as we launch new products?

A:

It’s so important for business owners to lay the foundation of roles and responsibilities for each team & member and explain how cross-functional teams work together for a healthy work culture. We understand and value the importance of strong teamwork and have worked within enough organizations to know what works and what doesn’t. We recognize the importance of building strong external partnerships, as well as with internal team partners. We can help you navigate through all of this and provide the framework so your team can thrive. Happy employees will result in wins and successes for your business.
