We founded READY TO LAUNCH with the mission to help entrepreneurs like you turn your product ideas into reality. We can act as your "in-house" product development team, or as an external partner who will deliver you a finished product. We can even help set up a strong product development foundation for your company to ensure smooth product launches in the future. In other words, we want to do the behind the scenes "dirty work" so that you and your brand can shine and continue to grow. We believe in small businesses and recognize their value and impact within local communities and the global marketplace.
We have a combined 33+ years of beauty and CPG expertise as product development and marketing executives who have worked with 20+ globally recognized brands and launched thousands of products over our careers. We have lived through many iterations of developing new brands and products (and the roadblocks that come along with it) and have a deep understanding of technical development and manufacturing and the challenges that can become painful obstacles to launch a new product, let alone within a reasonable budget and time frame. We have a large network of trusted vendors and suppliers that we can vouch for and as female innovation leaders in the industry, we are actively keeping up with beauty and fashion trends.

Jen is a clean beauty product developer + marketer, certified aromatherapist and herbalist with 15+ years of experience innovating, developing and launching award-winning products for iconic beauty brands like L'Oreal, Avon, Moroccanoil and Kiehl's, to name a few.
Jen specializes in working with brand founders and creatives to translate their vision by harmonizing the creative and technical elements of brand marketing and product development (innovation, packaging, branding, marketing, copywriting & design) with strategic planning, project management and operational efficiency.
She offers a wide scope of management experience and has a proven track record of reducing unnecessary overhead costs (*ahem* air shipping from overseas), value analyzing existing COGS and meeting expedited timelines. Jen thrives on collaborating with like-minded people; and building strong working relationships in all areas of the industry has been the key to her success.
Jen is also bilingual (English + Mandarin Chinese), spending a lot of time in Taiwan during her younger years and studying abroad in Japan. After a 14 year career in NYC, she now calls San Diego, CA her new home. Jen is currently working on a doctorate degree in Chinese Medicine and enjoys making macramé and pottery in her down time.
Tracey is an award winning product developer and esteemed chemical engineer with 18+ years of experience in innovation. She has developed thousands of products throughout her career while working as a cosmetic chemist and then transitioning to product development on the brand side for Rebundle, Ro, Strivectin, Laura Geller Beauty, and Atlantic Coast Brands, among others.
Tracey specializes on the technical stuff - cosmetic chemistry, formula design and manufacturing with an expertise in raw ingredients. Creatively, Tracey enjoys brainstorming and bringing products to life and understands the hard work that goes into development.
Tracey's dedication to beauty and entrepreneurship over her career has led her to pursue a DBA in Marketing and launching two successful product brands, all while working full time and raising her son (talk about a SuperMom!).
AcARRE is a multi-use bioactive skin & scalp product brand based on Tracey's African & Pacific Islander roots. Elemental Blends is a health + wellness brand selling teas with skin benefits that utilizes cutting edge probiotics.
When Tracey isn’t pursuing her passion, you can find her traveling with her family and friends.
